9 Week Bikini Body Crosstrain

The goal of this program is to help our clients challenge themselves to raise their own standards. To get to their limits, and break past them. The challenge is to get better, stronger, faster & fitter over the 3 blocks (9 weeks) of this program. Clients can challenge themselves, a ‘fit friend’ or you can host the challenge together in a group. This program is geared to ADVANCED fitness levels. These are intense, high impact workouts. Designed for limited space & perfect for home workouts but can be taken to the gym as well. A set of dumbbells is the only fitness equipment required for this program. Light, medium and heavy! Clients will also need some kind of timer (even the stopwatch on their phone will work). The fit principles we are training in this program are strength, endurance, speed & power through Cross Training protocols such as AMRAP, AFAP, EMOM, Tabata, 21/15/9, 5x5x5 and more! This is a 9 week program that follows a 3 week schedule, repeated 3 times. There is a detailed calendar showing each day’s WOD (workout of the day), as well as tracking sheets to clearly see your progress.

Plan Includes

  • 8 WOD videos: These videos give basic instructions on the protocol for the day, and show all the moves for the day’s workout

  • Tracking sheets: This is the KEY component of the program that will help push you, challenge you to break past your limits, and clearly show your results!

  • 3 week calendar: The WODs are designed to be done in a particular order. This calendar will help you stay on track & Encourage you to check off each day you complete for added motivation & accountability.

How it works

  • When you do the same movements and workouts on a regular basis, your body becomes more efficient at doing them. Unless you challenge your body, your fitness level can stagnate or even decline.
  • Cross Training allows you to break through "muscle memory" and push to the next level of fitness
